Strength: Full Snatch – 1RM but focus on technique

Death by ….
** Power Snatch + 5 HSPU (each round)

** Perform 1 SNATCH the first minute, 2 SNATCH the second minute and so on… until you are unable to complete the required number of reps within that minute
